Lutz

Lutz is a small unincorporated area just north of Tampa and near the Pasco-Hillsborough County line.  Lutz was home to a train depot which was responsible for bringing many people into the Tampa Bay prior to 1960 and the train depot remains to this day as a historical location in Hillsborough County.  Lutz has many lakefront homes and is in the path of expansion for Tampa making it a great area to invest.  Parts of Lutz are in Hillsborough County and parts in Pasco County.
